Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Operation Efficiency:
- Ensure/Overseeing that day to day business of respective operations run smoothly.
- Ability to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives and strategies to various stakeholders.
- Ensuring tasks are coordinated and completed in a timely manner by respective managers.
- Performing Internal Audit Function to give assurance to management and the company as a whole.
- Nurturing positive working relationships.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the business and industry.
- Finding efficiencies in the business process.
Management:
- Directly responsible for the Internal Audit function of the company.
- Supervision of all Branch Managers/Banking Operations activities, Human Resource Manager, and the Legal & Compliance Officer as per the Organogram and report same to the CEO where necessary for decision making.
- Be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the Chief Executive Officer.

Qualification and Experience Required:
- Should have 2 nd degree and/or Professional qualification for at least 4 years.
- 5years to 6years of practical senior management experience.
- Understand good industry best practices.
- Ability to engage partners at a senior level.
- Understand practice of all the assigned units.
