Job Summary

As an HR and Admin Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Senior level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and booking the itinerary of the CEO
  • Receiving and Attending to visitors and clients
  • Recording and compiling of Minutes at Meetings
  • Drafting letters (internal & external) and ensuring timely dispatchment
  • Managing office stationery
  • Responding to customer enquiries on phone and online
  • Managing the company’s official email address
  • Maintaining and updating Staff Data (using HR Software) and Office Files
  • Monitoring monthly attendance of staff
  • Monitoring staff performance and performing appraisals periodically
  • Coordinating recruitment and orientation of new staff
  • Presenting periodic administrative and staff reports to Management (using Microsoft      Office Suite)
  • Any other duty assigned by Management
