Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and booking the itinerary of the CEO
- Receiving and Attending to visitors and clients
- Recording and compiling of Minutes at Meetings
- Drafting letters (internal & external) and ensuring timely dispatchment
- Managing office stationery
- Responding to customer enquiries on phone and online
- Managing the company’s official email address
- Maintaining and updating Staff Data (using HR Software) and Office Files
- Monitoring monthly attendance of staff
- Monitoring staff performance and performing appraisals periodically
- Coordinating recruitment and orientation of new staff
- Presenting periodic administrative and staff reports to Management (using Microsoft   Office Suite)
- Any other duty assigned by Management
