Sales Personnel

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market segments.
• Present products or services to potential customers in a compelling and persuasive manner.
• Address customer questions and objections effectively to close sales.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers to secure sales.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers to ensure their needs are met.
• Anticipate customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
•  Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or a related field.
• Must have a fair idea about spare parts of trucks.
• Minimum qualification SHS, can be a fresh graduate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.

Must live in Ashaiman, Tema and its Environment.
