We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Lease Rental Agent to join our rental and property management team in Accra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting rental properties, securing lease agreements, and delivering exceptional customer service to tenants. Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Sales
- Market available rental properties to prospective tenants through digital platforms, signage, and referrals
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on leasing terms and conditions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their rental needs and preferences
- Lease and Contract Administration
- Prepare and manage lease agreements in compliance with company policies and Ghanaian regulations
- Assist tenants with lease renewals, terminations, and modifications
- Ensure timely collection of rental payments and deposits
- Operational Support
- Coordinate with the Rental Operations Manager on property availability, pricing strategies, and occupancy targets
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for occupancy
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease documents, and property listings
- Monitor local rental market trends and competitor offerings
- Provide feedback to management on market intelligence pricing, demand, and customer preferences
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property leasing or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Knowledge of Ghanaian rental laws and market dynamics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
