We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in construction, real estate, or building renovations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and managing client relationships for remodeling projects including homes, offices, schools, and other commercial properties. The role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within residential and commercial sectors.
  • Prospect for clients including homeowners, property developers, schools, facility managers, and corporate organizations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of renovation and remodeling projects.
  • Attend industry events, site visits, and networking meetings to generate leads.


Client Engagement & Sales Process

  •  Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs, scope, and budget.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate with technical teams (architects, engineers, project managers) to ensure accurate pricing and scope alignment.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.


Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business.
  • Follow up on project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.


Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates.
  • Recommend strategies to improve sales performance and market penetration.


Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

  •  3–5 years of proven sales experience in construction, real estate, building materials, or renovation services.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling remodeling services for homes, offices, schools, or commercial buildings is highly preferred.


Technical Knowledge

  • Understanding of construction processes, renovation cycles, and project costing.
  • Ability to interpret basic architectural drawings and project specifications.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
