Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Sales Manager on Sales/Competitor activities within the assigned territory
- Daily and weekly reports
- Detailing and selling of products to achieve sales targets
- Sales Tracking
- Customer relationship management
- Presentation to academic and health professionals
- Key opinion leader identification and management
- Undertaking CMEs organization and discussions
- Development and management of individual customers
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualification And Experience Of Ideal Candidate:
- Must have a degree in either Biology, Medical Laboratory, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or related field, from an accredited institution.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License
- Must have at least 1-year pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to unlearn, learn and relearn on the job
- Must be a team player who also has strong communication skills
- Must be committed to implementing Sales and Marketing plans within the territory assigned
- Must possess great customer and interpersonal skills
