Job summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves prospecting, presenting products or services to potential customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle client concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Sales Target & Performance Management
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and forecast reports.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify potential markets and new customer segments.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Prepare sales reports and performance summaries.
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts and agreements.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2–4 years of proven sales experience.
- Experience in [industry-specific fields, e.g., construction, real estate services is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM software.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
