We are looking for results-oriented marketers and closers who love building relationships, winning and increasing sales.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for customer acquisition from lead generation to conversion to repeat business.
  • Run high-impact field sales, corporate B2B outreach, digital campaigns and WhatsApp/ social selling.
  • Create and execute marketing activations, promotions, events, and content that actually move the needle.
  • Hit and exceed monthly/ quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build long-term client relationships that turn one-time buyers into loyal customers.


What we are looking for

  • At least 2 years of proven success in sales and / or marketing (consumer products).
  • Strong hunter mentality- you love closing deals and don’t wait for leads to come to you.
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
  • Fluent in Twi, Ga, English (this is an advantage).
  • Experience with digital tools such WhatsApp Business, Facebook / Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Canva, basic analytics.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively in a target-driven team.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal means of transport is a strong advantage.
  • Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent proven experience).
