Marketing & Sales Executive (Full-Time – Performance-Driven Role)

Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for customer acquisition from lead generation to conversion to repeat business.
- Run high-impact field sales, corporate B2B outreach, digital campaigns and WhatsApp/ social selling.
- Create and execute marketing activations, promotions, events, and content that actually move the needle.
- Hit and exceed monthly/ quarterly revenue targets.
- Build long-term client relationships that turn one-time buyers into loyal customers.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of proven success in sales and / or marketing (consumer products).
- Strong hunter mentality- you love closing deals and don’t wait for leads to come to you.
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
- Fluent in Twi, Ga, English (this is an advantage).
- Experience with digital tools such WhatsApp Business, Facebook / Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Canva, basic analytics.
- Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively in a target-driven team.
- Valid driver’s license and personal means of transport is a strong advantage.
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent proven experience).
