Job Summary
The Sales Engineer is responsible for bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer needs by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities. This role involves understanding complex product specifications, presenting tailored solutions, and providing technical support throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Engineer works closely with the sales team, product development, and clients to ensure solutions meet both technical and business requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with exceptional communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description/Requirements
- Identify and follow up on sales leads.
- Explain product features and technical details to customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Provide basic technical support before and after sales.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Report on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Planning and scheduling production activities to meet organizational goals and customer demands.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or any degree if have good relevant sales experience (HND or BA Engineering degree is a must)
- Experience: 2-4 years of Experience in industrial SALES with any of these: power tools – industrial tools – mechanical equipment – generators – pumps– Chillers- Material handling equipment – Weighing m/c - air compressors- etc.). Air compressor product knowledge is not a must
- Skills: Smart and willing to learn – presentable and good communicator – people person- Customer oriented- Negotiation
- Male candidate: permanently based in Accra- SPINTEX with frequent sites and clients visits in different areas. Will be covering entire Accra and nearby regions
- Age Group: below 33 yrs old
- Major Criteria: must be willing to travel- - jobs require frequent travel to meet with clients and to visit sites
Other Information:
- Training: From our end we will provide product training, sizing calculation, application training etc
- Overtime: for Saturdays hours and any hours on week day after 5 pm
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 2 pm paid as over time (Saturday is a must)
Salary: 3,000 NET up to 4,500 NET maximum (Based on Experience) + overtime
