General Insurance Officers (Accra, Kumasi and Tema)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify, and acquire new customers for non-life insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
• Educate clients on insurance products, policies, and benefits.
• Ensure proper documentation of policies and adherence to underwriting standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports.
• Represent the company professionally in all sales engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years’ experience in sales (preferably in insurance or financial services) will be an advantage.
• Strong selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be resident in or willing to work in the Ashanti Region.
