We operate three stores- Decathlon Accra Mall, Junction Mall in Nungua and West Hills Mall in Weija- and offer Online shopping via www.decathlon.com.gh. We also serve businesses through our B2B and Reseller models.

THE JOB

We are seeking dynamic, disciplined, responsible, performance-driven, and creative talents who are passionate sports and digital lovers to join our team as Omni Sports Leaders.

PURPOSE

To ensure the satisfaction and the positive experience of Sport Users and Customers in a professional manner, by knowing and understanding the sports that he/she represents, and the benefits that Decathlon Ghana offers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passionate about sports and customer satisfaction, you build and lead a local sports project.
• Understand your sports products to effectively advise and satisfy customers.
• Manage physical and digital sports layouts to enhance customer experience.
• As an entrepreneurial manager, develop and manage resources autonomously to create value
• Create and manage a community of sports lovers, both physically and digitally.
• Organize sports events and participate in all company's activities.
