Responsibilites:
- Welcome customers politely and create a warm, friendly shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection, sizes, colors, and general inquiries
- Provide honest and professional styling or product guidance when needed
- Ensure the shop is clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times
- Arrange merchandise neatly and maintain proper product displays
- Monitor stock levels and report low or missing items to management
- Assist customers in fitting rooms while respecting privacy and boundaries
- Handle cash, mobile money, and POS transactions accurately
- Issue receipts and ensure correct record-keeping of daily sales
- Manage customer complaints or concerns calmly and professionally
- Promote ongoing sales, promotions, and new arrivals
- Follow opening and closing procedures of the boutique
- Maintain punctuality and reliability during assigned work hours
- Uphold good personal grooming and professional conduct
- Represent the brand positively and protect the shop’s image at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or shop operations is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and cash
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
