Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, guiding them through the menu.
- Accurately process cash, mobile money, and POS transactions.
- Input customer orders and coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff.
- Present completed drinks and food items to customers promptly.
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and professional presentation.
- Resolve customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
- Balance and reconcile daily cash transactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Hospitality, Customer Service, or related field.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Experience
- At least 1 year of proven customer service or cashiering experience in a café, coffee shop, retail, ice cream shop, or hospitality/food & beverage setting.
