Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, disciplined, and highly motivated Dispatch Rider to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing 10 or more deliveries per day, ensuring timely and accurate service to customers. The role requires someone who is focused, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a minimum of 10 deliveries daily; riders can earn more based on completing up to 25 deliveries per day.
- Pick up and deliver items promptly and safely to customers.
- Maintain delivery records and provide timely updates on completed tasks.
- Ensure proper handling of packages and excellent customer service.
- Follow all traffic regulations and maintain safety standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch office throughout the day.
- Take good care of the company’s motorbike and report needed maintenance.
Requirements
- Age Limit: 25 to 35 years
- Gender: Open to male and female candidates
- Religion: Must be a Christian (as specified by employer)
- Must have a valid Rider’s License
- Previous experience as a dispatch rider is an added advantage
- Must be disciplined, focused, and trustworthy
- Strong communication skills
- Role not open to foreigners (due to employer restrictions regarding work permits)
- Must live within or around Oyarifa, Adenta, Madina, or nearby areas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery targets
- Good knowledge of Accra routes
Working Hours 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday, unless otherwise stated)
Salary Range GHS 1,820 – GHS 2,730, based on delivery performance and number of completed deliveries per day.
