Key Responsibilities

Transportation Duties

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, or materials to assigned destinations.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely delivery or arrival.
• Load and unload goods as required, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when necessary.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.).
• Report mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports.

Compliance & Documentation

• Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license of (C class) and required certifications.
• Complete delivery notes, trip sheets, or other required documentation accurately.
• Follow company procedures for accident or incident reporting.

Customer Service

• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude.
• Provide excellent service to passengers or clients.
• Handle inquiries and concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Security & Confidentiality

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers, goods, and vehicles at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information encountered during duties.

Qualifications & Requirements

•  Valid driver’s license (C Class) appropriate for the vehicle type.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Proven experience as a driver (company, personal, delivery, or chauffeur experience preferred).
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations
• Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to read and follow maps or GPS systems.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturdays: Overtime - 8:00AM - 12: 00 PM
