Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain the assigned vehicle for daily commutes, business, and personal errands.
- Ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs as scheduled by the employer.
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and well-fueled vehicle at all times.
- Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
- Assist with loading and unloading personal belongings, luggage, or packages.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange for regular servicing, repairs, and documentation renewals (insurance, roadworthy, etc.).
- Adhere to all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company/employer policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters concerning the employer.
- Provide additional support with errands or tasks as requested.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a personal driver, chauffeur, or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to remain discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of employer’s privacy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to assist with carrying or handling items when required.
