Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport staff, boss, clients, and/or goods to various destinations as assigned
• Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition through regular cleaning and routine maintenance checks
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and optimize fuel consumption
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety policies
• Ensure the security of passengers, cargo, and the vehicle at all times
• Assist with loading and offloading of items when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum of High School education (WASSCE or equivalent)
• Valid Ghana driver's license (Class B minimum) with at least 5 years of active driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• Excellent knowledge of Greater Accra roads and major routes across Ghana
• Must reside along the Adenta-Dodowa stretch (preferably Oyibi area)
• Strong punctuality and time management skills
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends when required
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Good communication skills in English and local languages
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable character with verifiable references
