Security Supervisors

• Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of security staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for new hires and current staff on security protocols, emergency procedures, and workplace safety.
• Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections and walk-throughs of the facility to identify and address security issues. Maintain law and order in area of jurisdiction, conduct routine patrols with team and respond to alarms and distress calls.
• Ensure all security systems, like the burglar alarms and CCTV are working properly.
• Incident Management: Respond to security incidents, investigate complaints, and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of incidents, security breaches, and staff performance for reporting purposes. Write and submit monthly security reports to coordinator and manager.

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional certifications in security management or related fields are a plus.
• Experience: Typically requires 2 years of experience in security or a related field.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle demanding situations, including remaining on their feet for extended periods and possibly dealing with physical confrontations.
• Must be able to work with speed.
• Observational Skills: Excellent observational skills to spot unusual occurrences or disturbances that could pose a threat.
• Communication Skills: Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various social levels and across diverse cultures.
• Must have valid driver’s license and able to ride a motor bike.
• Must have no criminal record.
