Job Summary
A Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security operations, managing security personnel, ensuring the safety of company assets and personnel, overseeing daily security and safety of location assigned to security guards on the field. The role includes supervising the securities in your location, training, hiring, managing, disciplining staff.

Job Description/Requirements
- Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of security staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Training: Conduct training sessions for new hires and current staff on security protocols, emergency procedures, and workplace safety.
- Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections and walk-throughs of the facility to identify and address security issues. Maintain law and order in area of jurisdiction, conduct routine patrols with team and respond to alarms and distress calls.
- Ensure all security systems, like the burglar alarms and CCTV are working properly.
- Incident Management: Respond to security incidents, investigate complaints, and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of incidents, security breaches, and staff performance for reporting purposes. Write and submit monthly security reports to coordinator and manager.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional certifications in security management or related fields are a plus.
- Experience: Typically requires 2 years of experience in security or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle demanding situations, including remaining on their feet for extended periods and possibly dealing with physical confrontations.
- Must be able to work with speed.
- Observational Skills: Excellent observational skills to spot unusual occurrences or disturbances that could pose a threat.
- Communication Skills: Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various social levels and across diverse cultures.
- Must have valid driver’s license and able to ride a motor bike.
- Must have no criminal record.
