About the Role
Donu is a grocery and essentials delivery app built for Accra. We’re growing and moving fast. Your job is to get in front of busy professionals, households, and families across East Legon and the surrounding areas every day. This is not an office job. You’re on the ground, meeting people where they are and converting them into loyal Donu customers. As Donu grows, this role grows with it.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new customers through direct outreach — offices, estates, gyms, churches, and communities
- Help people download the app and place their first order on the spot
- Follow up every lead personally until they convert to an order
- Distribute flyers and run simple promos across your zone
- Submit a short weekly activity report
Requirements
- 1–2 years in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role
- A hustler — you take initiative and move fast
- Comfortable approaching people and starting conversations
- Organised, follows up consistently, doesn’t drop leads
- Clear communicator, presentable, and trustworthy
- Knows East Legon and the surrounding areas well
Success in 30 Days
- By end of month 1, we’d love to see you working towards 150+ leads and 30–50 orders
- Get customers to download the app and complete their first order on the spot
- Weekly reports submitted on time, without being chased
Compensation - Earn over 2,400/month)
- Monthly base - GHC 1,200 – 1,500
- Per new customer order - GHC 10
- Monthly bonus at 50+ orders - GHC 400
