Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Bilingual Front Office Manager located in Accra. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing office administration, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and maintaining effective communication with guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Office Administration and Front Office management skills
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages fluently
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in French, or Spanish or related foreign language
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
