Job Summary

The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth organization and efficient running of daily office operations, from scheduling client meetings to channeling information or communications between departments and working with colleagues overseas to reach stipulated goals. Besides this, this individual will be expected to handle any task assigned to him or her by the local office or the international office.

Job Description/Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent writing, communication (especially in the English language) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work assigned to him or her.
  • Working with very little supervision.
  • Must be able to diffuse tension or handle complaints over the phone.
  • Good research and presentation skills.


Key Performance Indicator Responsibilities (KPI & DUTIES):

  • Managing the company’s international social media accounts for all global offices.    
  • Responding promptly to messages and inquiries with the designated software and company applications. This includes replying emails in a timely and efficient manner to maintain clear business communication channels within the appropriate departments and students.
  • Speak English clearly and concisely on the phone when speaking to clients and colleagues (both local and international).
  • Planning and coordinating events according to event schedule. Using tools such as office calendar and so on.
  • Participating in the organization of the Company’s regional student recruitment events and exercises.
  • Working with the manager on all recruitment activities to further grow the team when needed.
  • Providing support to the counseling team regarding academic entry requirements for applications. 
  • Regularly updating information on schools on the company’s website.   


Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Communication Studies, Business Administration, and any relevant Social Science.
  • At least One Year of relevant work experience in Operational, Administrative and Office Work. 
  • Working Knowledge and fluency in speaking English; any other known language will be a plus.
  • National Or Resident of Ghana.
