Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts within the construction industry. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our construction services, generate leads, and enhance our brand presence online. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction sector, digital marketing channels, and proven experience in driving digital marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Job Description:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the construction industry, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  • Create and curate engaging content relevant to the construction industry, including blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, and videos.
  • Develop content calendars and publishing schedules to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across digital channels.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
  • Oversee the company website and ensure it is optimized for user experience (UX) and search engine visibility.
  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Monitor ad performance, optimize targeting and bidding strategies, and adjust campaigns as needed to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials for digital advertising campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Degree / HND or any equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the construction industry or related sectors.
  • Must have an industrial experience or formwork in construction
  • Strong understanding of construction industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs and preferences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics, including content marketing, social media management, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
