Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and TikTok.
Customer experience:
- Respond to online inquiries and messages promptly.
- Coordinate with other sales staff to promote sales campaigns and special offers to increase walk-ins and online sales.
- Track post performance (likes, comments, reach) and share basic insights weekly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in social media management & retail sales.
- Creative With strong storytelling skills.
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or phone editing apps.
- Friendly with great communication skills
- Organized and able to multitask
- Passion for fashion, maternity, or baby products (plus)
