The Marketing Executive is responsible for driving measurable business growth by executing data-driven marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, enhance brand equity, and support project sales. The role requires a strong focus on Branding, Holistic marketing and specialized in traditional & digital marketing performance, campaign analytics, and competitive positioning within the real estate and construction market.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated traditional and digital marketing campaigns to achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets Conduct data-driven market research on pricing, buyer behavior, and competitor strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to guide product positioning, project launches, and promotional strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital, print, and on-site marketing materials.
- Develop high-quality content for websites, brochures, presentations, and media releases.
- Administer social media accounts, property portals, and digital platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.
- Manage digital platforms including company website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Oversee offline marketing efforts such as billboards, brochures, events, property exhibitions, and PR campaigns.
- Drive SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies to enhance online visibility.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and media houses for branding and campaign execution.
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards on campaign performance, lead flow, and sales impact.
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and effectiveness of the campaign and marketing activities

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to market shifts and deliver under tight timelines.
- Strong understanding of real estate and construction industry dynamics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in Traditional Marketing as well as Digital Marketing.
- Creative thinking with the ability to design engaging campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualification and Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Traditional & Digital marketing, preferably within the construction or property development sector.
- Demonstrated experience in running successful traditional & digital campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong portfolio of previous marketing projects, such as campaigns,events, or digital performance metrics.
- Knowledge of the Ghanaian Construction market and consumer trends will be an added advantage.
