Job Summary
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving produce sales across all markets, strengthening brand presence, expanding customer networks and ensuring consistent movement of all agricultural produce i.e. Birds Eye, Chilli Pepper, Cucumber,Okra,Egg Plant,Onion,Ginger & Sunhemp.The role requires a proactive,market-savvy individual able to identify opportunities, build strong partnerships and consistently deliver results. As noted above compensation is strictly performance-based and paid only on achieved results.

Responsibility
Develop and execute sales strategies
- Clear sales plans for each target market segment
- Pricing strategies based on market conditions
- Weekly and monthly action schedules
Drive monthly sales volumes and achieve set targets
- Increased weekly and monthly produce sales
- Consistent movement of high tonnage
- Stable order pipeline
Expand customer base across multiple markets
- New customers brought onboard
- Expanded distribution channels
- Ensure strong and consistent product visibility in the market
Build and maintain long-term vendor and buyer relationships
- Regular engagement with key vendors
- Strengthened loyalty and trust
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Consistent communication and follow-up
Coordinate closely with the production team
- Alignment on harvest schedules based on market needs
- Weekly updates on available volumes, quality and grade
- Advance communication of market demand forecasts

Sales reports and market trends analysis/ Monitoring
- Weekly/ Monthly sales reports
- Develop sales tracking dashboard/ report
- Weekly market intelligence
- Pricing updates
- Weekly reconciliation of dispatched volumes versus sales
