Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Execution
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Assist in identifying target markets and developing strategies to reach them.
- Create and share tailored messages to attract potential customers.
Collaboration with Sales Team
- Work closely with the Sales team to support regional sales efforts and align marketing activities with sales objectives.
- Provide marketing insights and feedback to help improve sales strategies.
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Generate leads through direct interaction, outbound calls, messages, and field engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Follow up with leads consistently to nurture interest and convert them into sales opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare periodic reports on marketing campaign performance, lead generation activities, and customer engagements.
- Track and document results to support decision-making and improve future campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and sales processes.
- Comfortable with outbound calls, customer interaction, and field engagements.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Salary: GHS 1,800 – GHS 2,000
