We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Internet Marketing Manager based in Accra who will own end-to-end digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, email, social, analytics, CRO, content), leverage AI tooling to scale work, and lead campaign strategy and execution for Languages Unlimited.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy across paid, owned and earned channels (search, social, display, email, content, affiliate, and partnerships).
- Plan, set up and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok where relevant) to maximize ROI and lead quality.
- Own SEO strategy (technical, on-page, content, link building) and track organic growth.
- Produce or supervise content (blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, social posts, ads) and use AI tools to draft, iterate and scale content production while ensuring quality and brand voice.
- Set up and maintain analytics & tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM strategy), prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and translate data into tactical recommendations.
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, CTAs and creatives to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with product, sales and operations to ensure marketing aligns with business goals; manage external vendors/agencies when needed.
- Manage marketing tech stack, recommend and integrate AI/automation tools to reduce repetitive work and increase productivity.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging AI tools; pilot relevant tools to improve efficiency.
Required skills & experience
- 5+ years digital marketing experience.
- Direct experience running paid search (Google Ads) and paid social campaigns.
- Strong hands-on SEO knowledge (technical + content SEO).
- Comfortable with GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking and basic SQL or spreadsheet analysis.
- Proven experience using marketing automation/email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Active Campaign).
- Experience using AI marketing tools (content generation, ads creative ideation, automation) and a pragmatic approach to quality control.
- Strong copywriting and content editing skills.
- Familiarity with CMS (WordPress) and landing page builders.
- Good project management + communication skills; ability to work independently remotely.
- Degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent experience preferred.

- Certificates: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience managing local, regional, and national campaigns.
