As our Digital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for managing social media pages, planning and running paid campaigns (Google, YouTube, Meta), generating and publishing compelling content, and building a strong online community. You’ll play a key role in scaling digital presence and achieving growth targets. We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Officer to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer acquisition across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for managing social media pages, planning and running paid campaigns (Google, YouTube, Meta), generating and publishing compelling content, and building a strong online community. You’ll play a key role in scaling digital presence and achieving growth targets.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media and digital advertising strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and manage content calendars for all social media platforms
- Create or supervise the creation of high-converting copy, visuals, and campaign assets
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid campaign performance to maximize ROI
- Lead community management and engagement initiatives across platforms
- Conduct market and audience research to generate content ideas that align with trends and business goals
- Collaborate with creative, design, and performance teams to execute integrated campaigns
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum of HND in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, social media strategy
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Mobile Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Advertising
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
- Experience with copywriting, content publishing, and basic creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Creative thinker with a growth mindset and attention to detail
- Lives the interactive ecosystem (truly born of Digital), understands how social, mobile, experiential, search, etc all co-exist.
- Must have a strong command of the English Language.
