Job Description/Requirements
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, graphics, videos) tailored to each social platform.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule according to the content calendar.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to source creative materials.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and tags in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers to build relationships and encourage interaction.
- Track customer issues or inquiries and escalate when necessary.
- Participate in relevant conversations and online communities to increase brand presence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, viral content, and competitor activities.
- Identify new opportunities for content improvement and audience engagement.
- Recommend creative ideas based on emerging social media trends.
- Track analytics such as reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.
- Compile reports with insights and recommended improvements.
- Optimize content based on performance data and platform algorithms.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and audience targeting.
- Assist in executing social media marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Support influencer partnerships, collaborations, and sponsored content.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned across channels.
- Support the setup and monitoring of social media ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Track ad performance and assist with optimization recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Skilled in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly to trends.
- Strong organizational and time-management skill
- Live Streaming on TikTok. Providing communication services to potential customers. Assisting with video production for company products. Enhancing exposure on other media platforms.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday(9:00am - 6: oopm)
Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00PM
