Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Volunteer role located in Accra. Volunteers will support a variety of initiatives, including assisting with mentorship programs, coordinating educational tours, and contributing to scholarship administration efforts. Daily responsibilities may include mentoring students, organizing logistics for events, conducting research to improve existing programs, and collaborating with the team to develop innovative learning initiatives. Volunteers will also interact with families and stakeholders to provide guidance and share resources that support students’ educational and career goals.

• Organizational and event coordination expertise
• Ability to conduct research and provide resourceful solutions
• Dedication to supporting education access and student success
• Empathy and cultural sensitivity to work effectively with diverse communities
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local languages are an advantage
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in education, mentorship, or working with nonprofit organizations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Communications, or a related field is preferred
