The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. And the cook is responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with menu specifications, ensuring consistency, taste, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Waiter/Waitress
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
- Present menus and take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve meals and beverages promptly
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Handle bills and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
Cook:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Monitor food stock and report shortages
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist in menu planning and new dish development when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good time management skills
