Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Accra, allowing for both in-office work and flexible work-from-home opportunities. As a UGC Creator & Get Ready with Me (GRWM) Vlogger, you will produce authentic and engaging user-generated content to promote products and brands on the 360kart platform. You will create video content, including "Get Ready with Me" vlogs and product showcases, to drive audience engagement and sales. Additional responsibilities include brainstorming creative content ideas, collaborating with brands, participating in live shopping events, and analyzing content performance to optimize future campaigns.
Qualifications

• Video creation products reviews, live streaming and editing, and familiarity with content creation tools
• Creativity in storyboarding and ideation for entertaining, relatable, and engaging content
• Understanding of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and their algorithm behavior
• Strong verbal and presentation skills for engaging with online audiences
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of e-commerce, social commerce, social selling etc. digital marketing, and branding strategies is a plus
• Prior experience as a content creator or vlogger is advantageous but not required
