The Operation Manager is responsible for the operational running of NAYA's finished products warehouse, ensuring accurate stock, timely dispatch and reliable supply of finished goods to retail shops and supermarket partners. This role works closely with the Retail Manager and Sales Manager to keep supply aligned with retail and sales demand.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all finished products warehouse operations: receiving from production, storage, stock rotation and dispatch
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory systems for finished goods
- Monitor stock levels across retail shops and supermarket locations, coordinate replenishment and prevent stockout
- Manage dispatch and delivery of finished goods to retail shops, address delays or errors proactively
- Work closely with the Retail Manager and Sales Manager to align warehouse supply with retail demand and sales activity
- Ensure finished goods meet NAYA's quality and presentation standards before dispatch
- Prepare regular stock and dispatch reports for management
- Manage and develop the Supply Chain Associate
Person Specification
- Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a warehouse, distribution or supply operations role, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics or retail.
- Experience managing finished goods flow to retail or supermarket accounts is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Strong organisation and stock control skills. Experience coordinating dispatch and delivery schedules.
- Behavioural Skills: Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver.
- Strong coordination skills across retail, sales and warehouse teams.
- Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
