Job summary
The Sales Manager leads NAYA's retail and supermarket partnerships and drives new business growth through brand partnerships. This role works closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager on strategic content creation that builds online traction and converts it into sales and leads a high-performing sales team across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow NAYA's retail and supermarket partnerships; negotiate terms and manage the relationships day to day
- Identify, pitch and close new brand partnership opportunities as the core new business function of the role
- Lead and manage the Sales & Customer Service team; set targets, review performance and develop team members
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across all channels
- Collaborate closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager on strategic content creation to drive online traction and convert it into sales
- Maintain a working connection with R&D; feed retail and customer insight into product decisions and stay informed on upcoming products relevant to sales and partnership conversations
- Coordinate with the Purchasing & Supply Manager on finished goods availability for retail and supermarket accounts
- Monitor daily sales data and produce weekly and monthly performance reports for management
- Lead customer satisfaction and complaint resolution; ensure NAYA's service standards are upheld at all touchpoints
- Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, customer engagement and sales technique
- Develop and manage the NAYA loyalty programme and customer retention initiatives
Person Specification
- Education Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related field.
- Experience Minimum 3–4 years in a sales role with at least 1–2 years at a supervisory or management level.
- Experience building or managing retail and modern trade (supermarket) partnerships is a strong advantage.
- Retail, FMCG or beauty/personal care experience is also an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and social commerce is an advantage.
