Responsibilities:
- Quickly develop a thorough understanding of BIMA's products and services, staying proactive regarding updates and changes.
- Engage with potential and existing customers to educate them on BIMA's offerings, answer questions, address concerns, and upsell where appropriate.
- Evaluate customer needs to recommend suitable products and build long-lasting relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while upholding BIMA’s standards of professionalism, quality, conduct, and dress code.
- Accurately record all customer and transaction details using BIMA’s tools and systems.
- Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally by identifying issues, offering solutions, and ensuring full resolution.
- Adhere strictly to the company’s business code of conduct, corporate policies, guidelines, and statutory requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of SHS / WASSCE qualification.
- Prior experience in field sales or field work is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team player who is also comfortable working autonomously.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
