Job summary
Akwaaba Building Materials Limited is seeking a matured and results-oriented Female Sales Executive to promote and sell the company's products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, generating sales opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates who can speak Ewe will be highly preferred.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, phone calls, and customer visits.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after sales.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be female.
- Must be a matured JHS leaver or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented.
- Ability to meet and work towards sales targets.
- Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to speak Ewe is highly preferred.
