Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote the company’s freight forwarding and logistics services.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits and market prospecting.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
Requirements
- Age: 20–37 years.
- Must reside in Takoradi.
- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Experience in the courier or freight forwarding industry will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s licence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
