Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • The day before the salesperson starts work, communicate well with the company leader, arrange the next day's travel plan, and report it in the group chat.
  • When salespeople go out to sell, they must prepare company samples and maintain their appearance and cleanliness.
  • Prepare the company's unified quotation sheet, ruler, and other tools. After returning to the company, you should immediately organize detailed customer information, including address, phone number, name, background, preferences, years of employment, and other relevant information.
  • Travel can be by public transportation, coaches, etc.; chartered cars, taxis, or UB private cars are not allowed.
  • Wherever salespeople go, they must report to the company manager at all times, contact them via WeChat, take photos, and send their location information to the company leader. Only then can the company leave a reimbursement voucher.
  • Products required by customers can only be priced according to the company. If a customer attempts to bargain, the salesperson must first obtain approval from the company manager and may not change the product price without authorization.
  • Fill out the transportation expense reimbursement form. If there are accommodation expenses, provide proof of accommodation expenses and submit them to the company manager for reimbursement of business trip expenses.
  • If a salesperson's total sales amount does not reach GHS20,000 during their first month of employment, they are considered unqualified and must resign on their own.
  • Due to the special nature of their work, salespeople do not need to clock in at the company, but must send their departure location to the company leader.
  • If a customer requests outstanding payments or business cooperation requirements, such as consignment sales, the salesperson should immediately report to the company leader and arrange a time to meet the customer together. If a cooperation is reached, the sales results will also belong to the salesperson.
  • The customers a salesperson is looking for are the product operators, not the users. All business achievements from merchants cooperating with the company are considered the salesperson's achievements; however, salespeople must maintain good customer relations and promptly relay customer feedback to the company leader.
  • If a client's monthly sales exceed GHS100,000, sales staff should arrange time to regularly follow up and communicate, listen to customer feedback and product requirements, record and report in detail to the company leader.
  • When settling the custome's payment, sales staff should promptly communicate with company management, preferably transferring to the company's designated account. If the customer wants to pay cash, sales staff must not collect it without authorization. Violators will report to the police, with company leadership approval required. Sales staff must collect the payment and submit it to the company finance on the same day. Taking cash home without permission is allowed.
