Job summary
We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing cosmetics business. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our cosmetic products, identifying new customers, building strong client relationships, and helping to grow sales within their assigned locations.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell cosmetic products to individual customers and retail outlets.
- Identify and prospect for new customers through direct marketing and field sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features and educate customers on product benefits and usage.
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within assigned territories.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
Requirements
- Age: 20–30 years.
- Minimum qualification: Senior High School (SHS), HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in sales or cosmetics is an added advantage but not required.
