Company Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Transportation: Safely operate assigned vehicle(s) to transport passengers or goods to their destinations, following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations, considering factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and construction.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on assigned vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate authorities.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional service to passengers or clients, assisting with loading and unloading of goods or luggage as needed.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
• Documentation: Complete required paperwork such as trip logs, mileage records, or delivery receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Safety Protocols: Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to safety, including the proper use of seat belts, vehicle inspections, and emergency protocols.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write, and to speak English
• Clean driving record with no history of major violations or accidents.
• Excellent knowledge of traffic laws, routes, and navigation tools (GPS, maps, etc.).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with passengers, clients, and colleagues
• Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety.
