Job Summary

We are looking for a supervisor who will be in charge of managing one of our working shifts. Duties primarily revolve around the general management of your direct reports, which include, but are not limited to, providing and demonstrating task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators. You will be expected to keep records and produce reports that will be used to review team performance. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence. Previous leadership experience is a plus.

  • Minimum Qualification:High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level:Entry level
  • Experience Length:1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with logistics team to plan the day for events and programmes
  • Procuring ingredients when needed
  • Taking stock before and after events
  • Liaising with suppliers for events
  • Liaising with the CEO to plan for events (creative planning with set up)
  • In charge of set up of the bar for events according to timelines
  • Facilitating preparation for events (stock, ingredients, bar pickup from warehouse etc)
  • Plan, organize and prioritize workload on a daily basis to meet deadlines set by others within the team or in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; plan ahead to meet anticipate future situations/issues.
  • Use a high level of initiative on daily basis.


Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Organization and coordination skills
  • Team player and aptitude for quick learning
  • Operate effectively under pressure
  • Supervise a medium sized service term
  • SHS/Diploma/Degree
