Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly smile and take accurate orders.
- Prepare espresso shots, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty drinks following standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinders, milk frothers, etc.)
- Assemble pastries, sandwiches, and snacks while ensuring proper labeling and rotation.
- Keep workstations, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized per health standards.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and manage daily cash reconciliations.
- Support team members during peak hours and assist with inventory management.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and quality‑control procedures at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous barista or coffee‑shop experience (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and drink customization.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
