Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality.
- Process customer payments and handle cash or electronic transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and the dining environment.
- Provide menu guidance and confidently answer customer questions.
- Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of menu items or the ability to learn quickly.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
Location: East Legon
Salary Range: GH₵ 1,000 – 1,500
