Cook / Chef

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to Dee’s TakeOut standards.
• Develop innovative and attractive meal ideas to match the brand’s style.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Maintain high quality and speed during peak hours.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Manage kitchen equipment and ensure proper use and cleanliness.
• Assist with menu planning and improvements.

•  Take accurate stock of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
• Communicate in advance any items needed for upcoming weeks.
• Reduce waste through proper storage and portion control.

•  Work closely with management and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff when necessary.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cook or chef in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong creativity and passion for cooking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Very clean, well-organized, and presentable.
• Ability to take inventory and manage stock confidently.
• Candidates living around Madina, East Legon, Adenta, and nearby areas are preferred (but not mandatory).
