Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Wash, peel, and cut ingredients as required
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas
- Wash dishes and manage waste disposal properly
- Ensure ingredients and supplies are well organized
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support smooth and efficient kitchen operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of JHS/SHS certificate
- Prior kitchen or catering experience is an advantage
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
