Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Chef/Cook to join our excellent team in producing delicious local and continental dishes for our hotel guests as well as external orders. Being a team player is very important in this role. We want someone hard working, humble and willing to learn new skills and techniques when they become available.

Job Description/Requirements
- Ensure the highest quality in preparation of dishes
- Make sure ingredients are always fresh and high-quality
- Regularly check food in stock, cooking supplies, tools and equipment
- Cook dishes in accordance with set recipe.
- Regularly check and inspect inventory levels
- Place orders for new supplies in a timely manner
- Prepare special dishes for guests with special dietary needs
- Supervise and lead kitchen support staff
- Supervising food preparation and cooking process
- Training kitchen support staff
- Coordinating food orders
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- Ensuring the kitchen is properly cleaned and sanitized
