Job Summary
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving all alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages, maintaining the bar area, managing bar inventory, and providing a positive experience for bar patrons and dining guests.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks according to standardized recipes, ensuring quality and consistent presentation.
- Create new, seasonal, or signature cocktails and mocktails that pair well with BBQ.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, bottles, and equipment.
- Check customer identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and rotating liquor, beer, wine,vand mixers.
- Process customer tabs and handle payments accurately.
- Engage with patrons in a friendly and responsible manner, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a full-service restaurant or bar.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
