Job Summary
The Swaggart Signature Hotel, a modern hospitality establishment in Kumasi–Nhyiaeso, is seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join its restaurant and kitchen team. We are recruiting Restaurant Supervisors, Chefs, and Kitchen Staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations, deliver quality meals, and maintain the hotel’s standard of excellence in customer service and food quality.
- Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level : Entry level

Job Description/Requirements
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters, chefs, and kitchen staff.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards in the restaurant area.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in menu planning, stock management, and staff scheduling.
- Prepare, cook, and present meals in accordance with the hotel’s quality standards
- Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas are clean and organized at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and report shortages promptly.
- Maintain proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure timely meal service.
- Minimum of SHS education/ Culinary training/Certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant, hotel, or related hospitality role.
- Must be 25 years or older.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Must be reliable, disciplined, and customer-oriented.
- Must reside in or around Kumasi–Nhyiaeso or be willing to relocate.
Location: Kumasi – Nhyiaeso
Salary Range: GHS 1,200 – 1,600
