- Responsible for processing documents, maintaining database and managing of office supplies
- Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
- Processing,typing, editing and formatting reports and documents
- Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public on company behalf
- Arranging and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Assisting with copying,scanning,emailing when needed
- Must have knowledge in graphic designing
- Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. Advanced MS Excel, Access and ERPs)
- Must have the zeal to sell and should be conversant with money
- Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work or related training
- Working knowledge of printers,copiers,scanners and fax machines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Exceptional filing, record keeping, and organizational skills
- Two years of experience as an administrative secretary with strong graphic design background would be advantageous.
- BSc/BA/HND in secretarial ship
- BSc/BBA/HND Administration (Business Management/ Marketing supply chain management with strong Graphic design background.)
Age limit: Not older than 35 years.
Salary Range: Ghc 1000-1700 “negotiable based on experience”
Duty station: Accra metropolitan area.
