Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments,typing and collating reports.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing documents, maintaining database and managing of office supplies
  • Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
  • Processing,typing, editing and formatting reports and documents
  • Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public on company behalf
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Assisting with copying,scanning,emailing when needed



Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge in graphic designing
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. Advanced MS Excel, Access and ERPs)
  • Must have the zeal to sell and should be conversant with money
  • Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work or related training
  • Working knowledge of printers,copiers,scanners and fax machines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional filing, record keeping, and organizational skills
  • Two years of experience as an administrative secretary with strong graphic design background would be advantageous.

Skills:

  • BSc/BA/HND in secretarial ship
  • BSc/BBA/HND Administration (Business Management/ Marketing supply chain management with strong Graphic design background.)


Age limit: Not older than 35 years.

Salary Range: Ghc 1000-1700 “negotiable based on experience”

Duty station: Accra metropolitan area.
