Job Title: Project Technical Lead – Business Management Application

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Technical Lead  with a strong work ethic, highly motivated and detail-oriented to oversee the end-to-end development and implementation of a cutting-edge Industry Business Management Application for a confidential client. This pivotal role serves as the bridge between the client and the development team, ensuring successful delivery of a user-friendly, high-performance solution that aligns with business goals.

This role combines project management, quality assurance, UI/UX design oversight, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, proactive communicator with strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and a passion for delivering solutions that drive efficiency and value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Supervision & Coordination

· Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and development team.

· Manage the full project cycle, from planning to deployment.

· Facilitate regular progress meetings to track milestones and address challenges.

· Offers strategic direction, input and alignment for the success of project

2. Quality Assurance & Vision Alignment

· Ensure both the MVP and final product meet the client’s business objectives.

· Lead quality assurance processes to maintain performance, reliability, and usability.

· Provide critical feedback on functionality to ensure alignment with desired outcomes.

3. UI/UX Design Oversight

· Oversee the application’s UI to ensure a clean, intuitive, and user-friendly design.

· Collaborate with developers to incorporate user feedback and UX best practices.

4. Frontend/Backend Oversight

· Ensure alignment of UI/UX with development, enforce coding standards, manage frameworks/tools, and coordinate smooth integration with backend services.

· Oversee scalable architecture, security protocols, API design, and performance, while collaborating with DevOps for deployment and infrastructure efficiency.

5. Product Testing & Feedback

· Lead comprehensive testing initiatives including functional, performance, and user acceptance testing.

· Document bugs and enhancements, working closely with developers for resolution.

6. Training Program Development

· Design and implement onboarding and training programs for end-users.

· Create support materials such as user manuals, FAQs, and walkthrough guides.

7. Stakeholder Communication

· Lead structured communications with all stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency.

· Present progress reports, highlight achievements, address concerns, and outline next steps.

8. Additional Responsibilities

· Identify and manage risks to ensure project timelines and deliverables stay on track.

· Promote adherence to industry standards and recommend future updates based on feedback and trends.

Requirements

· Proven experience in leading technical projects or product development

· Familiarity with ERP, SaaS, Business Management Services architecture and development methodologies.

· Strong understanding of quality assurance and testing frameworks

· Experience in working with UI/UX designers and software developers

· Ability to create training content and lead user onboarding sessions
